Positive: Quality, ValueBrittany is such a talented nail artist!! She’s got great humor, unmatched level of attention to detail, great execution, and even better price! Usually when I get my nails done I talk with the artists for the first 15 minutes then the conversation dies down but i was genuinely enjoying Brittany’s company the entire time! Brittany is such a talented nail artist!! She’s got great humor, unmatched level of attention to detail, great execution, and even better price! Usually when I get my nails done I talk with the artists for the first 15 minutes then the conversation dies down but i was genuinely enjoying Brittany’s company the entire time! This is my first time visiting GT nails but I would be more than happy to return in the near future.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI just waited 1 hour in the salon then was told it would be another hour for Lisa. So I left and came back in 1 hour even though someone was supposed to call me. (I do not mind waiting when I have request) I came back and they still were not ready for pedi or the fill in! I tipped very well last time and expect some better service, but I guess they’re only nice when they need customers! I should’ve just let Brittany do it since she does a good job as well. I just waited 1 hour in the salon then was told it would be another hour for Lisa. So I left and came back in 1 hour even though someone was supposed to call me. (I do not mind waiting when I have request) I came back and they still were not ready for pedi or the fill in! My grandmother lives in an assisted living and struggles to get around but Brittney made her feel comfortable and did everything in the pedicure chair. She even did her eyebrows in the chair! My grandmother felt so special. We won’t be using anyone else in the future but Brittney. She takes her time and makes sure what she does is perfect. Brittney has done my grandmother’s pedicure and manicure twice now. She is AMAZING! My grandmother lives in an assisted living and struggles to get around but Brittney made her feel comfortable and did everything in the pedicure chair. She even did her eyebrows in the chair!
