They honestly gave me the best haircut of my life! I used to wear my hair shoulder-long and decided to wear short hair again after five years. I live in Germany, but decided to get this big haircut on my vacation in Salt Lake City. This was an important one for me, and I was absolutely happy with the way they took their time to understand how I wanted my hair to be cut! The final result was exactly what I had expected. And the best thing: My first haircut was FREE, even though they knew exactly I was on vacation and wouldn’t be back anytime soon. How awesome is that!

Tried this fir the first time and got the GOAT treatment. The haircut was great and the woman was very kind. That being said, I did not receive all the treatments included in the GOAT treatment (vigorous scalp massage and face buff). A little disappointing. Had an amazing time with environment feeling awesome. Though not the “classic” Barber shop definitely a nice clean shop. I’ve been trying a few places around the area and so far this was by far the best experience yet. Meg W. did an awesome job while I got an entirely new hairstyle from showing just a photo of the style I wanted, and enjoyed the chats we got to have while she cut my hair.

I signed up for a membership and my first haircut was very disappointing. I chose “any stylist” when I made the appointment and I got someone who seemed very new to cutting hair and their work showed. They should have a discounted price or at least give you a warning for someone who is learning how to cut hair on you! I also found that when you make an appointment online they give the newer hair stylists a longer window to cut hair. I figured I would give this place a second chance before canceling my membership. I chose kaylee A the second time around and she did an amazing job! Super friendly, fast and professional. I would have canceled my membership if it weren’t for her. Would be 5 stars if my first haircut wasn’t a bad experience.
