My nails from last time looked absolutely terrible. I had to reshape them when I got home and 2 broke with in days. They were rough and cuticle shape looked terrible. 10% off Was not enough even though they are beautiful now. Great service always. Nail designs, Dip powder, Nail repair

Very rushed services. I got a pedicure which was pretty good, but my nails were basically thrown on. The lady who did them was sloppy with the process getting powder all over me and even spilling a bunch of it on her towel because she was trying to work way too fast. She also kept burning me while trying to remove my previous gel polish. No apology, no acknowledgement of it or anything, even when I kept jerking my hand back because it was burning. She literally just kept going. For the price and service, I’m going to go ahead and say never again.

V paid lots of attention to my manicure and I really like it! I noticed a streak in one of my nails before I left and V fixed it quickly no problem! Great service at this place I called last-minute (on a Saturday nonetheless) and they said I could come in at 5:30 that day. They were busy but got me in and did such a good job on my nails. I asked for a gel manicure, but the tech convinced me to get dip and I’m so glad! Asked for regular gel polish. I asked the lady for the price between the gel polish only and the get manicure. She asked me ‘do you want the regular polish’ and I repeated ‘Yes, I want the regular gel polish’. AFTER I paid I noticed she didn’t use the Gel polish. I asked her what she was using (as she was applying the top coat) and she said regular polish. And she said she ‘thought’ I said regular polish when I CLEARLY said Regular Gel polish because I did not want the manicure. Paid $24 for REGULAR NAIL POLISH that I could have done myself. Rip off and it’s so disappointing they don’t understand or even bother to clarify if they don’t understand what the hell the customer is asking for. Both regular and gel polishes come in the same package so how am I supposed to know the difference?? I DONT WORK THERE!! Hate feeling like I’m getting ripped off by a business that I’ve been supporting for years. Won’t be back….

This is my second visit to the salon, after being recommended by one of my friends. Both times I’ve gone perfect nails, and gone lots of comments on them from other people. They do acrylics very well, and I’ve seen that they offer a wide variety of other things. I went the day before Valentine’s day, and it’s kind of left a little late, but they still treated me equally. The process was speedy and quick, and they shake them very well. They copy pictures to the best of their ability.

I got gel manicure and regular pedicure. Pedicure was good. However manicure was poorly done. I still have full size cuticles on like 3-4 fingers. Tech was not aggressive enough to really clean and remove all dead skin and cuticles. And there was no filling of my nails on the side to make it a clean square look. Yes it’s just gel manicure and not powder that requires a lot of skills, but if you charge $30 per gel, I expect just as good and clean experience. The techs were nice, but I really don’t like the fact that I have to check the work after the tech!
