Critical: Professionalism, QualityI did not have a great experience. I understand that I came in late in the day, around 5:30 when they close at 7, but that doesn’t seem like a reason to rush me. My nails look fine, but they rushed through so quickly. No hand massage, didn’t even put lotion on my hands. He was a little aggressive on the tool that rubs off your cuticles and now my finger is bleeding. Didn’t even wash the blood off. It’s only $25 for gel nails but not worth the service. I did not have a great experience. I understand that I came in late in the day, around 5:30 when they close at 7, but that doesn’t seem like a reason to rush me. My nails look fine, but they rushed through so quickly. No hand massage, didn’t even put lotion on my hands. I paid $78 for my nails to crack and to put a sticker on my ring fingers.
