I love this place. Everyone is super friendly – but yet not trying to carry on full conversations while you are trying to relax. anesthetics of the place is spot on, sleek and modern, clean and fresh. I am almost always able to get an appointment exactly when I want one, even when i book last minute. I don’t go to one specific nail tech, and I have had no issues with any of them. (One time I had a few nails break prematurely and they got me in right away, did a complete new full set with a different color and didn’t even charge me. Usually my nails last the full 3 weeks with the exception of one of two breaks at the end). They have tons of colors to choose from. I love them there, highly recommend.

My first time visiting the salon and I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was very friendly, from the nail tech to the owner. Loved how she made sure that I was ok during my appointment. I really do love my nails although when I got home I realized the shape could’ve been a little better. Other than that I was completely satisfied. My first time there i got great service from one of the male techs. I did pink and white dip nails and fell in love with the salon after that. Because he didnt drill my nails so much so it can grow long and strong My most recent visit was the worst. I had a different tech and she drilled my real nails so much they are very damaged now. Havent been back since. Becareful when you see them drilling so much. Your nails get weak, break and bleed.

I’ve been coming here for several months and have always had a great experience until tonight. The receptionist was very unprofessional and spent almost an hour FaceTiming her friends at the front desk. They were playing a comedian on the TV that was very vulgar and uncomfortable. The technician was very sweet but took a lot longer than usual. I had two nails broken and instead of putting a tip on them, she left them shorter and misshapen which caused them to look nothing like the other nails. I work a high stress job and was really excited to relax after a long day of work, but I left more stressed than when I got there. I love how clean and spacious it is, but just didn’t have a very good experience tonight and most likely won’t be back.

Update to my previous review: The owner invited me back for a complimentary gel manicure and I was booked with Kathleen. I really liked the time and attention Kathleen put to my nails. She was also very friendly and personable. I will definitely go back to G-Lux, and plan to use Kathleen for all my services going forward. Thank you!

I went to Glux today for the first time. I called them because I was late to my appointment due to road work, they were so polite about it. Walked in, super modern and clean and very spacious. Dom and Gigi are so friendly and will go out of their way to make their customers happy and when I heard they moved here, I followed right along ! G Lux Nails was so clean, updated, and had many choices for dip, gel, and regular polish.
