Customer service is unsatisfactory. I came in for a full face thread and waited until it was my turn. At the start of my turn, the employee told me that I will now need to wait until another couple is serviced even though they walked in after me. I did not appreciate being inconvenienced for the convenience of others despite me arriving first.

Tried both locations in West Hartford over the course of months. Of the times I’ve left after my services, there were a hand full of time were I left happy(guest satisfaction). The workers are very kind and sweet… but unskilled. They burned my underarms (waxing) and still charged me full price. I went after a few days to show them the outcome of a botched waxing job, The lady just took a picture and apologized. Mostly importantly these ladies do not know what they are doing when it comes to eyebrow threading and want to impose their views of eyebrow shapes on the guest. I’ve been very clear about what I want for my eyebrows (I’ve been getting them threaded now for 10+ years) and only twice have either of the employees done them correctly.

It was my first time today. They did awful job. The girl waxed my eyebrows and tinting them. They came out very uneven. It looked like she was doing this first time. Totally unhappy. I have never come back. Although website looks very professional. They are not.

Critical: ProfessionalismFirst time using this place and I heard great reviews. Turned up for a 2pm appointment. There were a few ladies waiting. I informed the consultant I had a made an appointment for 2pm, only to be asked how did I make the appointment??? I explained i called a few days prior, she said oh! She then did not speak to me again, not even to inform that there was a delay or that I would be seen soon. I felt like my presence was not wanted, especially being the only woman of color! I can not speak to the work of the consultant as upon the bad customer service , I took my money elsewhere and left the premises. It was my first time ever having threading done and the staff could not have been more wonderful! They were efficient yet did not make me feel rushed at all. I had my eyebrows done and the result is absolutely perfect. Plenty of parking right out front. They got me right in for an appointment! I will certainly be returning here and will not go back to waxing again!

I’ve been coming here for 3 yrs and wouldn’t go anywhere else. If my eyebrows need to get done and I don’t have time to make it over there, I’ll leave them bushy until I make it. And they’re so friendly and welcoming. Prices are amazing and service is quick. Highly recommend.
