If there was an option for 0 stars I’d most definitely pick it. This place has ridiculous prices and the owner is extremely rude. I called before I decided to come to this nail salon and she said dip nails would be $40 and acrylic would be $45+. My sister was doing dip, the lady filed her nails completely wrong to the point where it looks like she has holes in her real nails. I was doing regular acrylic and the owner was looking at her phone so much she started filing my skin. The owner didn’t even bother to tell us how much it was when we asked she just took the card real fast and swiped it. The total was $135 for garbage nails and garbage service. The nails didn’t even come out nice.

LOVE Sarah and Mary! Both always do such an excellent job and take their time to be detail-oriented. Overall, cleanliness standards could be higher with everything but they do sanitize their tools and take precautions with the pedi tubs. The staff are always friendly and they have fair pricing! This is my second time going to this salon and I must say both times were equally a great experience. The staff is so polite and welcoming. Lisa (I believe was her name) did my nails and they literally came out PERFECT! She was super sweet, we had a nice conversation and she had GREAT customer service. She also did my pedicure and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Not to mention I was given a beverage while I sat back and relaxed. I’m a new mom, so she definitely made my escape for the day worth while. Ask for her! She sits on the right side in the second to last seat I believe. It was also a plus that she speaks perfect English and is young, because that helped make me feel a lot more comfortable.

Do not go here! I went in with long natural nails and wanted to get gel polish. I always do my own gel, but I didn’t have time to do them because I had a trip the next day. Anyways I decided to go to them and I left with beautiful teal nails and they thinned them out so much that they started breaking that same night! Every other day a new one would break super far back on my skin. I called to tell the lady if they could just take off the gel and give me a regular manicure since I have 2 broken on one hand and 3 on the other and she didn’t care. She said it’s not their fault and didn’t even take anything I said into consideration. Horrible customer service!

After patiently waiting 30 minutes for service, the nail tech began to do my nails. I wanted a long gel fill coffin shaped. Every time I would ask the nail tech a question to ensure that my fingers aren’t getting hurt by her rough technique, she would tell me “I’ve been doing this for 10 years, I’m 31, I can do my job.” She squeezed my fingers and had my arms in uncomfortable positions. Meanwhile, my set still came out crooked and the acrylic wasn’t filled or filed properly, she never even buffed the set afterwards. When it was time to paint, I let her know that part of my nail was still showing and if she could paint it a little closer to my cuticle. She refused and flicked my hand towards me saying she won’t do my nails. I tried to show her pictures of what I wanted and she still refused. She began to get loud and catty. None of the other employees intervened. At this point I said okay, you won’t finish my nails, then I am leaving. I walked out with no polish on my hands, an unfinished job. She proceeded to follow me outside and BROKE my rear view mirror with her shoe as I drove away. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Just got a pedicure from a lady here and she was literally watching a video on her phone the entire time! Didn’t acknowledge my existence once, say bye or anything. The lady also wiped extra nail polish onto my own foot instead of a paper towel! So disappointed

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI was getting my acrylic removed. She put nail polish remover on a cotton ball and foil paper for about 4 minutes. Then took a plastic nail and tried to peel off the acrylic nail, I told her it was hurting and if there was another way to get the nails off. She sucked her teeth and rolled her eyes. She also was cutting my nails so short to wear you could see my skin. I had to tell her to please stop cutting my nails. I really disliked how she was complaining while I was telling her I was in pain. It was a horrible job for 15 dollars.I was getting my acrylic removed. Then took a plastic nail and tried to peel off the acrylic nail, I told her it was hurting and if there was another way to get the nails off. She sucked her teeth and rolled her eyes. I really wish there was a place for no stars but anywaysI really wish I read the reviews before I came here I had the worst experience and I am still so extremely upset that I’m not only going to write a review on here but I’m going to make sure I go to Yelp and every place that I can write a review and I’m going to contact the Better Business Bureau the little girl that sat behind the reception area is the one who did my nails and reading these reviews it sounds like everyone is talking about the same girl and I really hope the owner reads these messages because they can get rid of her because if they don’t they’re going to have a bigger issue as far as closing that company down because they’re going to lose loyal customers she charged me $95 it was me and my little six-year-old whom I brought with her own nail polish I only got white nail polish on my nails I did show her a picture of what I wanted that she did not care to do at that she didn’t even come close to doing it it’s just regular white nail polish for $95 that is extremely ridiculous when I was explaining to her about her attitude and everything else I had a problem with she snatches my card and begins to charge me and walks away then of course the manager comes and she basically trying to get me to come back another day and begs me not to write this review this is extremely sad because they do have some good nail techs but that one girl’s attitude her Persona and everything else disgusting about her is ruining FX nails. -I’m sure you guys don’t care but you just lost another one.

I have been going to Fx Nails since 2012. I have nothing bad to say about their services. From Pedicures and manicures,waxing and eyelashes extensions also facials. All of it was amazingly people and talented. Everyone I have referred to them always said they are amazing. Their is not one person their that I would recommend they all are an amazing group of people. I no longer live in Orlando but if I could get there to have them do my nails I will always go to Fx Nails.
