Oh my god where do I begin? First of all when I got there with my 13-year-old daughter we both looked at each other in disbelief as the salon looked like it was either under renovation or run down. My daughter had a specific picture of that she brought in as inspiration. Now I understand that it is unreasonable to believe that it could be 100% replicated but I mean at least get the nail length right. When I saw that her nails were too long I asked her to cut them. I went to go get a pedicure which by the way could have been done better by my 13-year-old daughter and when I was finished I checked on my daughter only to find out that she was almost finished painting them and had not cut her nails. By the time we were finished and ready to pay they had added on about $25 of extra charges. Extra money for “long nails size” even though I had asked her to cut them, extra charge for gel topcoat on my nails that I did not ask for. I specifically asked for regular clear polish as I had gotten pink acrylic, an extra charge for the color that my daughter picked out which still confuses me and something else that I can’t remember. I never stray from my usual place but on this day we were pressed for time and I had promised my daughter and I did not want to disappoint her so we found this place that was close by. I guess disappointment comes in many forms. I learned my lesson the hard way to stick with what works! I won’t be going anywhere else other than our usual spot. Never going back here again.

I walked in after being irritated that the original nail salon I went to told me a 10 minute wait and 30 minutes later I was still waiting; so to walk into here with no wait was a relief! The nail technician was very friendly and immediately started asking me if I wanted an ombre… this is some thing I have never had before so I asked a little bit about the process, if it took longer etc….The nail technician told me it wouldn’t take longer. Honestly I thought it was something that was easier for the nail technician and I was in a rush so I let her do it not thinking anything of it. With only two more nails left to go I asked her how much this was going to cost since a gel fill cost $40 around here and she said 55. I just have a big problem with dishonesty and especially with a business. If I had known that upfront I would’ve said no because the completed look is not bad but it’s not worth the extra 10 bucks. I am a mom on the go I work a full-time job 50 hours a week and have a young baby and I don’t need to spend that much money on my nails. I honestly just felt like I was backed into a corner and forced to pay the amount because she had already done the work. It’s of poor business ethic to not tell somebody how much something is going to cost extra especially if you’re offering it to them…Teach your nail technicians to be honest about the cost Upfront with the customer and don’t wait until the end. I would have came back here but the dishonesty was it for me. …

They use the illegal acrylic because when I tried to remove, my entire nail beds came off and now I’m bleeding. Never had this issue anywhere else besides here. Stay clear from this place Manicure, Acrylic nails

They were extremely rude. I got attitude up until i put the money in his hand. He kept telling me 40$ over and over pretty much asking me if i could afford it. With that being said they slayed my nails best fill I ever received I’d give then 10 stars for skill 2.5 for customer service. I will give them another shot because I’m so happy about my nails but this is my last shot with them.

Had to edit my review here. I’ve been there twice. The first time wasn’t terrible but was far from great. The only plus is they have later hours than most salons. After the last time i went, i will never go back. My nails were all shaped weird, stuff all over my fingers, ugh it was as if a toddler did my nails! Nope, not going back!

Very nice staff, they did my nails how i like them done. Got acrylic and mood nail gel, which one lady recommended because they change colors with warm or cold weather/water. Close to home, so I will definitely go back.
