It seems that my review and pics were taken down , but I’d like to share my experience so that no one goes through this. I had my haircut by one of the stylists at FX hair studio, the pictures speak for themselves. I left the salon with wet hair so I didn’t notice what she’d done until I attempted to blow out my own hair later that day…I did go back the day after and she said my hair looked fine.

I wish I could give this place a zero!!! Worst experience I’ve had in a long time! Stylist Christina was rude and dismissive and acted like she didn’t even want to touch my hair. I arrive around 5 for a 6:30 appointment because the lady on the phone asked me to come early. I left work early to drive 45 minutes to be here early and the lady started and stopped working on my hair 2x before smugly telling me to wait for the invoice to see how much it was going to cost. She clearly thought I couldn’t afford her services! Then when I asked her if she would be ready to start my hair by 6:30 she rudely said why do you have somewhere to go? I said yes I have 4 children at home and had an appointment time for which I was early. The vibe in this place is smug, rude and frankly felt racist. NEVER AGAIN!!!

This is my go-to salon in the area. My stylist took the time to listen to me as I’m very particular about my hair. I also took notice of how the other stylists interact with their clients. It’s a very friendly and professional atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed. Knowing the service I’m going to get makes all of the difference. Hair coloring, Haircut

They do a great job. Very nice salon. I would have given 5 stars if the prices were not a so high. I would say most people wouldn’t be able to afford color and cut on a regular basis at their prices. They give you a detailed invoice which includes a fee for everything. Shampoo. Haircut, Toner. Treatment. Highlight, Root Touch-up all priced separately. I’m used to going into salons which price a hair cut includes shampoo and styling as well as hair color also includes the shampoo, cut. and style.

So upset… got off work at 430 to make me and my daughter’s appointment for 5:00… got there and waited 20 minutes and was told the only worker there had to finish another clients hair!!!!! Wait what.. I had a appointment….wish I knew where the previous owners moved to lost 2 customers that have been going there for years… way more expensive not family oriented won’t go back‼️**UPDATE** owner just replied 9 months later haha very funny loud and wrong we waited forever and left … was told I could receive a discount and how sorry you were!!!!!!! Christina was an absolute doll! I had my mind set on just buzzing all my hair off because so much hair fell out that I looked like a balding man…men look great bald…most girls not so much. She conviced me to just trim and see what we can do. I got a cute little Pixie cut. Thank you so much. I have gained confidence to go in public without my hat on. I got so many cpompliments. And the best thing is I was made to feel at home in a loving environment. Job well done. I will be coming from now on. What a blessing it was to be there today. If there are any women having medical issues and have lost hair, I suggest this place. Also the price was perfect even during inflation. I know the money doesn’t stretch too far anymore so thanks for having good prices too!

I have been looking for a good hair stylist for about a year now and finally found one! Ingrid made me feel super comfortable the minute I walked in! She is professional, detailed, and most importantly, she listened to what my concerns about my hair were and the specifics of what I wanted. She did not fail me!!! I will be back to see her!!!
