Been a client for over 10 years, great group of skilled barbers, exceptional service and clean environment. Highly recommend! Take the bad reviews with a grain of salt, in my experience these are typically disgruntled customers who show up considerably late for a scheduled appointment and still expect to be seated or, walk-ins without an appointment who expect to be seated right away, not always the case. Strongly recommend making an appointment ahead of time on their website or app as this is arguably one of, if not the, best barbershop in the area so naturally the barbers are busy and on a tight schedule.

This is the worst barbershop I’ve ever been to. They literally hire people with no skill or experience what so ever. Me and a couple friends went here awhile back and each one of our cuts were horrifyingly bad, patches of hair, crooked shape ups etc. I had to go to another shop in the same mall and pay 40 dollars for them to fix this barbershops mistake. But that’s not even the worst part. I myself went back thinking they could just do a simple shape up and they couldn’t even handle that. Do better youngstown. Hopefully this saves someone a couple dollars.
