I don’t recommend this nail salon at all. I’ve tried to give them so many chances because it’s very close to my house and I work a lot, BUT, I always get really bad customer service. No matter who does my nails they always tell me that they don’t know how to do designs but I work with other girls who also go here and they always have designs on their nails. So I always know whenever I come here I can only get plain nails. The older guy is always very rude and unprofessional. I came in last week and was asking him advice on if I should get dip nails or acrylic nails and which one would last longer, he seemed pretty aggravated and didn’t answer my question just said “you keep changing your mind what do you want dip nails or acrylic??” he hadn’t even started on my nails yet I was just asking because I was curious and have been wanting to try dip nails. So I said I’ll just go ahead and try the dip nails. He didn’t do what I wanted and just went ahead and did acrylic nails. I wanted to get up and leave so bad because going to the nail salon for me is supposed to be a fun and relaxing experience and this definitely wasn’t that. I didn’t say anything, didn’t argue, just let him finish paid for my nails and left. They’re also very overpriced for low quality work. I will take my business to Monroe nails where they actually treat their customers with respect and they know how to do any design you show them. ☺️

Got a removal after having my nails done for the first time. I didn’t know she was just going to take an acrylic nail and slide it under my existing nail to tear it off or I would have just done it at home. I can’t believe I just paid $14 for her to leave me like this.

My appointment was at 12:30pm however I didn’t get done until close to 4pm. In all my years of getting a manicure & pedicure combo + eyebrow wax, I have never been at the salon for OVER THREE & 1/2 HOURS! The sense of urgency is lacking. My thought process is what’s the point of making an appointment if I am not going to be seen on time or have my appointment be completed in a timely manner? My pedicure was ok, nothing to write home about. I do feel more attention could have been spent on my pedicure which would have resulted in a more thorough job. The polish was put on haphazard and the extra money I paid for the “Classic Pedicure” could have been better than what was received.

Absolutely awful experience. Every. Time. I try to stay away from this salon but it’s so close to home I’ll pop in there when I’m in an hurry. Extremely rude staff. This particular time, I asked when I walked in how long it would take because I’m on a time crunch and they told me 20 min. 45 min later they hadn’t even put water in the bowl and ignored me every time I tried to talk to them. Will never be back. Absolutely do not go there. If I could do zero stars I would.
