I’ve been coming here for a few months now, and they are always so great! The staff are very helpful and super patient every time I’m a little indecisive. If you see something that needs changed or fixed, they will fix it and make sure you’re satisfied. I’ve even brought my husband along for a pedicure in the past! Kathy did my nails today, and they looked great as always! I have never left disappointed.

I have been looking for a good nail place in Hickory for a while now, and I have finally found it! Kenny was amazing. He did a great job on my nails, made sure to accommodate all of my requests, and was super nice! I came in towards the end of the day for a walk in and they made sure to get me in. The employees at Future Nails do a fantastic job when I go and get a pedicure and acrylic set along with an occasional fill in. They socialize with their customers which takes the “nail experience” of just getting your nails done to a whole other level. The acrylic nails require a fill in every two weeks usually but if you are needing to have a later appointment the nails hold up nicely when pushing appointments to later dates. My nail person has been very patient with me the last couple of times when asking for specific nail designs and has done an amazing job! Overall great experience and cannot wait to go back and get my nails done again.

Left a good review initially bc he pressured me into it. The guy doing my nails rushed me into choosing what I wanted. When I told him what I wanted to get, he said it would look childish (I wanted French tips with an accent nail and a sparkly silver line over the tip). He then practically told me what he was gonna do and put colors over my tips instead of the sparkly silver line. The shape is awful, the tip isn’t even glued down all the way on one of my fingers, it’s bumpy, the lines aren’t straight… these were supposed to be for my birthday and I’m really disappointed. I spend $55 on these and they’re not what I wanted at all. I’m a really shy person so it’s hard for me to speak up for myself, but when I tell someone what I want, I expect to get that and not be insulted for my choices. I think these are much more childish then what I originally wanted. They look like Easter eggs and Easter is over. I’m not coming back and I don’t recommend this nail salon to anyone:(

Critical: QualityI requested a pedicure(which was great) and gel polish on my nails. The lady that did my fingernails not a fan. When I politely declined the dip powder she seemed to get annoyed with me. I can’t do dip or artificial nails because I’m a bartender it causes “bar rot”. There’s what looks to be glitter in my index finger polish and the old polish wasn’t completely removed.
