DO NOT GO HERE! Terrible customer service. They don’t care about quality, they care about money… Getting people in and out. They also make you feel bad when they don’t know how to do something. If I asked for a nail design, instead of admitting they don’t know how to do it, they’d say I’m asking for too much or that they “don’t know how to make me happy” (as if I’m the problem). They also specifically told me “customers should only take an hour.” So if the services you asked for take longer than that, they don’t like having you as a customer. I was appalled the last time I went in because they sent me home since “your nails take too long and you’re not pleased with them” (which isn’t true. I made an appointment with a nail tech I liked). If I could give no stars, I would. I couldn’t believe they would treat someone like they treated me… I strongly suggest you go somewhere else!!

Great place…close to my house and I’ve been going here for years. Bao is awesome! Jane really cleans my toe cuticles; other great staff like Jane, Cindy, Tammy. Have a lot of colors to choose especially for gel manicure. I recommended to a couple of friends who are picky and they love it!!!

I followed Jenny here as she’s been caring for my nails about 15 yrs. She’s very thorough and doesn’t take a long time. I’m able to go a month before getting a fill. This place is slightly more in cost but definitely worth it. My niece goes to an independent nail shop & her nails are always coming off or chipping. You get what you pay for. I recommend Jenny. Made an appt with her, she’s always busy. 10 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I went to get acrylics done the other day, and the woman who did my nails was constantly stopping work to answer the phone. The acrylics were alright except for the fact that they were slanted and look like they are about to pop off my finger. I politely asked her to fix it and she told me she would. It seems that since I mentioned it was my first time getting acrylics done she was cutting corners and didn’t seem to think much about what I asked her to fix. I love the salon and used to go all the time for pedicures, however I wasn’t really happy with my acrylics.

This is a very nice nail spa, very clean, pleasant, professional with a relaxing atmosphere. everyone here does a great job, but if you want a back rub while you are having your nails done, Michelle is an excellent licensed masseuse. I have had a lot of massages at different places, but Michelle gives a strong massage (my favorite) and seems to instinctively know just where you need it most. Hot rocks too! I have enjoyed her full body massages in the massage room. Excellent. She does massage for both men and women.
