WORST EXPERIENCE!!! I called the Kroger plaza location in Union City before I went to see availability and the barber that answered told me he was free and to come in and ask for Jamie. I walk in the shop and there is no Jamie there. I sit there waiting and still no Jamie. The other barbers keep telling me he stepped out and will be back soon, but he never came in. I eventually left. I just wanted to gety son’s first haircut, my experience was completely unprofessional.

This has been the worst experience of my sons life. He is 6 and needed an haircut, I recently moved to ATL from NYC and haven’t found a regular barber. I decided to call this place and saw good reviews. I was told to ask for Joseph when I called. Joseph had no customers that should of been my first sign. He started to cut my sons hair and he was quite rough. After 40 mins of Joseph just talking, answering his phone and cutting my sons small head. I saw my son crying, like balling as if someone died. I got up to see what was happening. Joseph had messed up my sons hairline and I saw he had cuts on the front of his head. I told him to stop cutting his hair and cursed him out. I just throw the money at him and left. As we got home, my son said his head hurts a lot. He had so many scars on the front of his head. I called to speak to a manager but I was told they didn’t have one. DONT GO TO THE SHOP IN JONESBORO. Horrible experience. I am thinking of suing for traumatizing my son.

Professional shop, classic spot with classy barbers. Everyone is good and prices are great. They take walk ins and appointments and will do whatever you need. Will definitely come back and highly recommend. Also kid friendly. Lots of spots to eat and shop while you wait. “Prez” is the man!

I went early to get a haircut. There was only one barber in there, so I had to wait 30 minutes for a haircut. Finally got in the chair the guy started talking and giving hand shakes to everybody in the shop then some chick walked in he talked to them for five minutes. Then finally he cut my hair, but before he did I told him what kind of haircut I wanted; he messed up my hair then overcharged me for the hair cut.
