It is an ABSOLUTE gem that is consistent with its picturesque mountain community and in a prime location at that. A true Wellness Day Spa that you can easily get lost in. If you are in town you must get treatment. The staff are so kind and we will definitely be back. ☺️

My goodness this place is a dream! The sauna, relaxation room, the salt room, the showers in the locker room, thoughtful touches like the mimosas, teas, and little snacks. Jill did my massage and she has some magical hands! She took out pain in areas I didn’t even realize I had, I didn’t know I could even move my neck around as freely as I can now. I’m pretty sure I even fell asleep I was so relaxed and my skin is so smooth from the body brushing.

My boyfriend is hard to please when it comes to massages because he needs very deep pressure & he still hasn’t stopped raving about his massage with Javier. Julie did mine & the pressure was perfect. They were both very attentive to our personalized needs and were extremely hospitable throughout the experience. If we didn’t live 6 hours away, we would absolutely be visiting Javier and Julie on the reg! They also have a complimentary sauna that they encourage you to relax in after your massage. This company engages in unethical business practices of extorting money from clients for services that have been paid for. The most unethical act perpetuated against my daughter was holding her hostage for a service fee that had already been collected. They claimed my cancellation voided the service for the month, yet they failed to inform my daughter upon arrival and before rendering the massage that she no longer receive the service. Only after the session did they inform her that she could not leave until I had called from out of State to make the payment. They held her hostage for over three hours, even after they charged my card that they were supposed to remove from their records after my cancellation and payment at the start of the month of April. Be careful what you share with them, and please do not send your young adult there, especially if your child is not a Caucasian.

Ok I used to be member and visted monthly. After stopping that during covid, I decided to come back after I booked me and fiance massages. Booked online because office was already closed. Left a note online booking that we can be in couples room no need for 2 separate rooms which I thought would be easier leave space open for other therapists but I was told it was extra 30$ to be in couples even though it offered no extra amenties. I was actually charged 36$ more than the online booking was reserved for. Usually if a couples get a romance package or something along with a couples room I can understand the upcharge for wine chocolates etc. But no, it was 2 massages same room no changes or upgrades. Just didn’t make sense at all. I even traveled 45 min get here. I won’t bother again.

Had a great massage there and the atmosphere was so nice. Only complaint is that they walked me around showing me everything but then I realized I didn’t k ow how to use some of the things they said I could use, but that’s my fault for not asking.

Such a relaxing environment. The locker rooms have heated floors, steam showers and the best smelling shampoo+conditioner+lotion! The massages are wonderful because the staff is wonderful. Definitely worth getting a membership for that much needed “Me Time”
