Had Patty do my wedding hair, along with all of my bridesmaids and there are no words to describe how amazing she was! Not only was she so Nice and fun (literally the best hype girl), but last minute All the wedding day anxiety set in and I could not figure out what I was feeling about my hair or what I wanted and she still somehow nailed it with basically no direction from me. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThe prior client was going to be “10 minutes” late so I received a phone call from Karla 10 minutes prior to my appointment telling me this. I arrived 27 minutes after my scheduled appointment and Karla yelled from her chair where she was still with the previous client asking if I wanted to go get a coffee. Apparently she was not going to be finished anytime soon. I just left, why should I have to wait because that client was late. Very unprofessional, then she couldn’t even come to the counter to greet me and explain face to face but just yelled from around the wall at her chair. I won’t be back. Apparently that client’s time is more valuable then my time. I visited for the first time today because I needed my hair fixed. A stylist at a different salon had left my hair with a chunk missing (and never even pointed it out or tried to fix it). Karla listened carefully and advised me what we could do to salvage the hair that was left. It was a great experience and my hair looks WAY better. I highly recommend Fusion.
