First visit to Fusion. I never got my nail tech’s name , but he was very sweet and gentle. I got the classic pedicure and a gel polish on my natural nails. I’m happy with how my nails turned out and the pedicure was relaxing. They were pretty busy for a Wednesday night but were able to fit me in as a walk in. I got there around 5, and finished up around 6:15. Love my touch of Christmas nails. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I had a horrible experience. I was up charged $5 to remove polish. I was getting a pedicure so don’t you have to remove polish as a part of the service, that is not extra. Then my nail tech started to cut my side walls. I didn’t notice the first one but when I stopped him from cutting another toe nail vertically he called me scary.. beating on my legs to hard and I mentioned that to him. My tech had a bad attitude, as if he didn’t care, he moved with no purpose. Leaving dead skin around the cuticle. To someone who doesn’t know how to do knows this would be okay . But as a tech myself the experience I received was unacceptable. I’ll be happy to show pictures of my vertically cut toe nail and bruise from leg massage being too rough. I am extremely disappointed as I’ve come many times and no problems.

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI came here looking for a great experience but was met with a total different experience, at first everything was great. Then as it came to my nails being painted and designed, that was where it went downhill, the woman that painted them was rough, as well as they were not clean. As for the design, it was fairly easy but somehow it was totally changed and was no where near close to what I had originally showed her. On top of all this, there was other workers who were very nice and sweet, I understand that this isn’t their fault but the people that come to this place are even worse, they make the experience worse. I came here looking for a great experience but was met with a total different experience, at first everything was great. Then as it came to my nails being painted and designed, that was where it went downhill, the woman that painted them was rough, as well as they were not clean. As for the design, it was fairly easy but somehow it was totally changed and was no where near close to what I had originally showed her. On top of all this, there was other workers who were very nice and sweet, I understand that this isn’t their fault but the people that come to this place are even worse, they make the experience worse. I do not recommend this place if you’re looking for a great experience.

Kim did an incredible job on my acrylics! I have genuinely never had a better manicure. She really paid attention to detail & took her time to make sure each nail was smooth and properly shaved down after the powder was put on. She is also the first person to do the real coffin shape when I have asked for it & I have been getting acrylics for 7 years. Outstanding job!
