Please don’t waste your time and Money on this place. I went in for Acrylics and the lady that was putting the nails in (1 broke.) Immediately noticed and told her shouldn’t we change it and she’s like I fix I fix . Yeah so to make story short I had Family Pictures on Sunday and I got my Nails done on Saturday. I went Monday and they told me they were Buisy and to right my number down. Here we are Wednesday and nothing.

Made an appointment day-of for a pedicure. Was greeted immediately and there’s a precious dog in there that greets you, as well!! I was treated very, very well, and my technician (Tina) was literally reclining my massage chair and saying “relax, relax.” Amazing experience for a tired mom. I’m definitely going back!! Pedicure

I’ve been here before but Tina Diem was the absolute best! I had a stressful day at work and she found a way to make me smile and laugh so much! I am already planning my next appointment. She was such a delight and did exactly what I asked her. This was such a wonderful experience! Definitely book any appointment with Tina Diem she will make you feel so much better!

My sister and I treated our mother to a Mani and Pedi for her birthday and she absolutely loved this establishment! The staff was very friendly and made my mothers day extra special with great conversations. The finished nails looked great! 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone :)!

Me and my mom came for a facial the other day and when we asked the woman working there (I think her name is tina) for a facial at first she started thinking and was hesitant, then she purposely tried to get rid of us by telling us to go to another spa.. Which was very rude.. Do not come to this spa.. I dont recommend this spa

I waited for 20 minutes and was not greeted. Finally a guy comes over who starts speaking to the white lady next to me, who happened to my friend. I made the appointments for both of us. I said ‘good morning, we both have an 11:00am appointment. He said ‘yeah’ then looks back at my friend and asks if she’s ready and to follow him. We both stood up and he stopped and looked at me. I said ‘never mind’ and we left. No one there to greet us, we were about to be new customers, no good morning, just a ‘yeah’ and the salon could use a good cleaning, vacuuming and some new chairs up front. Mostly, some customer service. I will gladly pay for a service, but you must earn my business. If this is important to you, avoid this shop.

I am quite disappointed in this salon… i have been coming there for the past 3 yrs and thi is the worst experience I’ve ever had and will be my last with them. Though yes the employees are so very mind at heart this young lady who was helping me destroyed my nails they hurt so bad i was crying …i am gkin in got a hob interview and acrylic aren’t allowed so i was expecting to get them soaked off …ohhh was i wrongggg… she started clipping and sliding another nail up under yes i know this technique is used often but I believe after i had stated i was in pain and was visibly bleeding she should have found another route then I continued to pay $30 for her to make each of my fingers start pulsating
