I came in with long hair wanting dead ends trimmed and she chopped it off straight at shoulder length! It wasn’t cut properly with layering, so it won’t lay well. This is the worst haircut I’ve had in years. Thankfully hair grows. She also put several smelly hair products in after I told her I don’t like hair products, they dry my hair out. I had to wash them out when I got home. One product smelled like bug spray. The oily product took two washings to come out. Gross! My hairdresser was Leigh. She was very nice, but gave me a horrible haircut.
