So, naturally I went to her for my wedding hair and again she blew me away!Angie looked at my reference photo, took her time, and gave me exactly what I asked for and more. I have been getting my hair done by Angie for years now and she has never once let me down. So, naturally I went to her for my wedding hair and again she blew me away!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve never had a good experience with any salon, so I make the drive to Indianapolis (4 hours for me) every 4-6 months because my aunt is a hair stylist and she’s the only one I can trust with my hair. I took the chance last year of going to this salon and I was set up with Melaine. I was very nervous that it wouldn’t turn out, but it looked absolutely amazing!!!! Since then, I’d still been making the drive to Indy, but when my appointment with my aunt was cancelled over the weekend, I went to this salon again and asked for Melaine. Again, I was very nervous because I don’t trust hair salons. But, she did an absolute excellent job with my hair. I’m so pleased that I went back to her and with the work she did. I’ve never had a good experience with any salon, so I make the drive to Indianapolis (4 hours for me) every 4-6 months because my aunt is a hair stylist and she’s the only one I can trust with my hair. I took the chance last year of going to this salon and I was set up with Melaine. I was very nervous that it wouldn’t turn out, but it looked absolutely amazing!!!! Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWent in for highlight touch up and root smudge to match my natural light brown hair color. Highlight foils were left on for 45 minutes and when she took them out, she was not gentle at all. She grabbed them and pulled hard. I could feel my hair ripping and breaking. My roots ended up a rusty orange which she referred to as “warm” when she put a toner on them. The first time I washed my hair afterwards, I noticed my hair had broken off in patches, mainly around my face. What was once hair half way down my back, is now only 2 inches long in spots. The hair that is left, is weak, brittle, frizzier than I’ve ever known possible. When I called to see what can be done, I was just told it would cost twice as much to fix it and I would need a significant hair cut. I chose to trim my own hair due to lack of trust. My only option at this point is to let my hair grow out long enough until I can cut the orange out of my hair and start over. Went in for highlight touch up and root smudge to match my natural light brown hair color. Highlight foils were left on for 45 minutes and when she took them out, she was not gentle at all.
