Critical: QualityWe went there for the first time on 08-17-2021 for a haircut. My partner and I wasn’t happy and will never go back again. We went there for the first time on 08-17-2021 for a haircut. My partner and I wasn’t happy and will never go back again. I even told the hairstylist and showed her a picture of the hair cut/style I want (Layered hairstyle) but instead : photo below.

Critical: Quality, ValueThis was my first time going to a hair salon in Scranton. Now usually I don’t go to a hair salon because my hair is really curly and I have a specific person I go to in NYC. I called earlier that day and was able to schedule an appointment for 6pm which was very accommodating. The problem was that my stylist was doing a big bye job on another clients head and couldn’t really focus on mines the way I wanted. She washed my hair in literally 2 minutes ( by putting both conditioner and shampoo at the same time because I head her ) and sat me down and started to blow dry my hair. Anyone with curly hair can tell you that you can not blow dry it in big sections because it was be all puff and not straight. I’m talking about just quickly running it through to get it dry. Then when she proceeded to flat iron my hair she also did big sections and didn’t take her time to make sure it was smooth or straight. I was in and out in under an hour which has never happened to me before because it takes time to do my hair. This was my first time going to a hair salon in Scranton. Now usually I don’t go to a hair salon because my hair is really curly and I have a specific person I go to in NYC. I called earlier that day and was able to schedule an appointment for 6pm which was very accommodating.
