I would like to thank Dr. Furst and Katherine for their kindness. My child was in ER and ER doctor told us to call a doctor for follow up treatment. However, I called that doctor office and told them that ER asked me to call them for appointments but they are booked until next month and can’t fit my child in. I called several doctor offices and told them the same thing but they could not schedule any appointments. I finally found Dr. Furst office and talked to Katherine. She told me he does not have any availability but she would talk to him to see what he could do to help. She called me back after a while and asked me fax the discharge from the hospital. Then she called me back and told me Dr. Furst suggested me call that doctor for appointments. I told her that I did but they did not have any availability. But Dr. Furst said she has to see my child because she was in the ER yesterday. Then Dr. Furst or Katherine contacted the other doctor’s office to talk to them. Katherine called me back to let me know staff from other doctor’s office would contact me to give me the time for the next day’s appointment. I was so touch with their kindness. I was on the phone for more than 4 hours to call all ENT office for appointments but could not find any doctor who could take my child in the next day. I even called the primary care doctor but could not even talk to him. Dr. Furst and his staff took time to help me though none of us are his patients. I would like to thank you again from the bottom of my heart.

Dr. Furst was absolutely amazing. Very professional, respectful and kind- most importantly, a very good listener. He was easily able to diagnose my health issue in the first visit and tailor treatment to my needs. His staff was also very respectful and efficient. I highly recommend his office and would not hesitate to come back here if needed in the future.

I can absolutely say that Dr.Frust is one of the kindest professional doctors I’ve ever met (and I’ve met a lot). He is very knowledgeable and gave me solution for my issue and definitely put my mind at ease. I wish his patients would take the time to review him more because people need to know where to find a great doctor and he for sure is one .

Dr. Furst is such an AMAZING doctor with a topnotch bedside manner! He has a good rapport with me and my family members. As an ER nurse, I can tell that he is genuinely happy being an ENT specialist and an expert in his field, just by the way he explains procedures and treatment options. I saw Dr. First for years for extremely serious ear infections. He has a wonderful bedside manner and I highly respected him. He never gave up on my case even though it lasted many years. He worked with all of my specialists and coordinated care exceptionally. He referred me to amazing doctors and to this day I owe him because I can hear clearly.

Dr. Furst fit me in on an emergency basis when my primary care physician said I needed to see an ENT immediately. I was not a patient of his, yet he took time to fit me in to his busy schedule. He took careful time and attention to determine the cause of my hugely swollen gland. He reassured me that the medication prescribed by my PCP would kill the germs that had taken up residence in my face. He couldn’t have been more helpful. The best word I can think of to describe him is “mensch.” That fits him to a tee!
