Critical: ProfessionalismSo, as a birthday present, we booked this salon for several people for several services. The owner assured us that she had time to do everyone’s requests. A couple of us arrived a bit late for our appointment, but they were already involved in a few other people from our group. Another person had an appointment during our time so she helped her, then another woman came in after that and she helped her with no time to help me. She did offer for me to come back tomorrow, but I thought it was super unprofessional. So, as a birthday present, we booked this salon for several people for several services. The owner assured us that she had time to do everyone’s requests. A couple of us arrived a bit late for our appointment, but they were already involved in a few other people from our group. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueKim is THE BEST in town. She is very particular and pays close attention to the small details. She also does my eyebrows and lashes. Always very nice and professional, I have recommended friends and they are always satisfied as well!
