Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityOn 3/28/2021, My mother, sister, and I entered the salon at approximately 12:50 pm for our 1:00 p.m..First of all, no one was at the front desk so we stood there over 5 minutes at the front desk for someone to even acknowledge us. Finally, a worker in a floral dress gets the woman who works the front desk. No apology for the wait or anything. My mother and sister were immediately serviced while I’m waiting in the front for services. At approximately 1:03pm another customer walks in with a 1:00 p.m. appointment for manicure and pedicure. She was called back for services while I am still waiting. At approximately 1:09 p.m. another customer walks in for service ( I believe she had a 1:00 p.m appointment) and she immediately called back for service. My mother says my daughter has an appointment, so the staff mentions it to the front desk clerk, and she says I still have Shaay we have a rotation. I’m confused what type of rotation is this. If we all have a 1:00 pm appointment and no one has an appointment with a specific manicurist (which the other 2 clients didn’t) than the rotation should be first come first serve. I was finally called back at approximately 1:20 p.m. The lady (Amy) that serviced my mother came after she completed my mother’s pedicure to start my pedicure. Remind you my mother had to go back to the front and wait for her manicure. I guess she wasn’t aware that my mother was supposed to receive a manicure too. At 1:50 p.m. my mother was still sitting in the front waiting to get a manicure and 4 other clients were called back to receive services. While getting serviced another client that was supposed to receive a second services asked who was going to take off powder on nails, so the manicurist had to go back to front desk to ask. Meanwhile my mother is still in the front on manicure. Critical: QualityMy lady Tracy, kept making faces at me about the design I asked for and was pretty rude to me. She also made my acrylics two different sizes and she cut me multiple times with her tools. Definitely will not be returning.
