Don’t go to this place and be careful with the additional charges!!!!!! The manager is sooooo rude. The gel removal is $10 but she will charge you $20 without telling you for just cutting four nails unevenly. I can do a much better job at home myself…….I asked her to fix it and she told me to wait another 30min just to fix the four uneven nails they just did! Very bad attitude…….I still tipped the girl who did my job though, since I don’t want her to finish a job without anything……

They did a great job at nail shaping and polish. When the woman cut my cuticles she nicked me a few times, and when I got home I noticed two of my fingers were bleeding a little bit. I would go back but I wouldn’t let them cut my cuticles.

I’ve been coming to this place for a few years and the quality has gone downhill. The services, especially the special pedicures are never thorough enough and the water is lukewarm at best. Just disappointing for how much you pay for an otherwise basic and unrelaxing experience. Ph7 is pricey, but at least they are thorough.

Came in with my husband and asked for a gel French manicure. The woman couldn’t do a French after multiple attempts so I told her it was fine just give me clear. This was also after she made me bleed from cutting my cuticles back too far. I was annoyed but I get not everyone knows how??? They then spoke in Spanish about the fact that they overcharged me and since I speak Spanish I said yes, it would be great to get that money back since I didn’t get a French. She pretended she had no idea and that she only charged me for a gel. They kept speaking in Spanish to each other arguing like I couldn’t understand them and I just walked out. Not coming back here and I have a terrible pink French base as “clear”.

Really lovely environment, the best in the area, and good nail techs but it’s like pulling teeth to get them to fix chipping gel manicures unless you go back immediately, within a day or two of the original appointment. Standard for places is standing by their work for at least a week, especially at $50+ a pop.

The pedicure felt rushed, even though I was five minutes early. I was not asked what shape or how much I wanted cut down. I did have my headphones in but I was communicating with them. They left over dried skin on my big toe. The “free scrub” with the basic pedicure was very rough and the tech was very aggressive. The tech did not wear gloves. No base coat was put on my toes, I made a comment and nothing was done.

I went for a $40 gel mani on Wednesday, it is literally Sunday 4 days later and there is a giant chip on my middle finger nail. The girl who did them did not use enough coats. I’m not local and was traveling, so now I’m stuck with a chipped nail and will probably have to pay full price at a salon in LA since I’m no longer in NYC. not the best.

Usually a good experience but Lisa (manager?) was rude & dismissive. Was put out because I asked her extremely nicely to wash or sanitize her hands before my service. Painfully pinched my fingers throughout and slapped on the polish while commenting disgustedly that I had accidentally broken a nail, which I obviously knew. Did not ask to credit my loyalty program after crediting every single one of the six other people in the salon.

First time here and I’ll be back! Jenny was absolutely outstanding. The salon was clean, spacious and all around gorgeous.

Loved Fulton nail bar. It has a really chic design and is super clean. The staff is all really lovely and there is absolutely no pressure or ask to upgrade services that I feel like always happens at other salons. Their standard pedicure comes with a really nice hot wax treatment which was nice and unexpected. I’ll definitely be making this my regular nail salon in the area.
