You could constantly hear them laughing a making jokes and they never failed to achieve a task. This is the fastest time I’ve gotten my nails done ever! So beautiful and wasn’t at all packed. My experience was not pleasant. The place did not have proper ventilation & the chemical smell was very strong. I left with a headache. The pedicure area was unclean. No one cleaned the stations after a customer left. Doesn’t appear they are wiping down things after customers leave. Unsanitary facility. The nail lady pushed her tool too hard under my toenail which hurt badly! She didn’t seem to be very careful with her tools. She didn’t speak any English & I could not get her to understand my preferences at all.

This was my first time here and it’ll probably be my last. I asked to have my acrylics changed to French from ombré and was told that they’d would fill them today and next time I could do French. I probably should have left then as they refused to do what I wanted. The stated with my pedicure and it was awesome. However, I wasn’t informed till I was paying that shellac was an extra $20. My original ombré was beige and white and I thought that when it was filled it would be the same color. I was wrong… I’ve attached a picture of what they look like. Purple, blue, pink, ugly is what it is. I’ll have to get these redone this week as I can’t have these for a month. Very disappointed.

I came to Fulshear Nails N Spa as part of a bridal party and cannot say enough about how flexible, gracious, and friendly the staff was with our large party. From surprising the bride with balloons and cookies to chatting it up with all of us, they went out of their way to make getting our nails done feel like a special part of the whole wedding weekend. I got a deluxe pedicure and basic manicure and the massage, cuticle/callus treatment, & polish jobs were immaculate. Gorgeous space, friendly staff, excellent services, fair pricing—I wish I lived closer so I could be a regular!

My nails look nice. I got the nail stickers and on one of my hands, the sticker was all wrinckly so I called and they said they would fix it for free. I went, they did not fix it. They just painted 3 layers of clear coat over it so I couldn’t feel it but I can still see it. The place was nice and the staff was friendly, my only complaint is how they handled their mistake.
