Stacey fit me in last minute when another stylist could not keep my appointment. I had a cut, color, highlights, style and blow dry done. She spent a lot of time making sure everything was perfect and didn’t rush through, even though her schedule was tight. She skipped her lunch break and somehow she made it all work bouncing between myself and another client. I’m thankful she helped me feel at ease and trusting of her as I made a pretty big change to my hair. I love the end result and will be returning.

I booked online for a full service hair color for $125 and got a call confirming $125 went into the appointment and had stacey benson she was rude and talked about her personal life the whole time, left my hair a sloppy mess and rushed even though she stated I was her only customer for the day, after 1 bowl of bleach I told her it reached the color I liked and it didnt need more bleach she said she had to bleach it again and used 3 bowls of bleach on my hair in one sitting and fried my hair so badly she said she needed to do a treatment which I declined because I was on the budget of the $125 quote plus tip, she did it anyway and it did not help. She spilled bleach and color all over me multiple times and had to have my friend who was there with me HELP her because she kept spilling products all over the salon and myself on my glasses and face. She was extremely shakey the whole time and kept dropping things all over the salon making comments that her boss wouldnt like if she was doing this. Went to check out and was going to give a $30 tip only for her to say instead of the $125 she quoted its $350 she then got mad saying everything that the website included was an extra charge. She started bringing her personal life into it saying shes a sngle woman and needs the money. Then threatened me saying if I dont pay her $350 right then its theft I dont even make that much a month I was told $125. needless to say listen to all the reviews on here

Critical: Professionalism, ValueI booked partial highlights with Heidi online and got my hair colored last week. I reached out to the business via email for explanation but never heard back, so I’m writing a review about my genuinely awful experience. 1) Beware that the pricing online is a myth. Partial highlights are $88+ on the website, but I was charged $195 + tip with no explanation for the radical difference between the advertised price and the sticker price. I understand that the + means, but that is a criminal difference. 2) Heidi did not wear a mask, despite Omicron spiking across the county. It was very uncomfortable. 3) The experience was overall unpleasant, with one word responses to my questions during the coloring. I was left alone under a dryer until my scalp burned and left with toner for the longest I’ve ever had toner on while she worked on someone else. I tried to decline a blowdry, got one anyway, and it was scalding hot and roughly brushed. I went to Full Spectrum Salon just about a week before my daughter’s wedding. My appointment was with Dawn. She asked to see a couple of photos of me with a haircut I liked, asked a few more questions and then she cut my hair, and did a wonderful job of it. It has been easy to style, and I’ve loved it! I’m not easy to please, and Dawn did a great job, and she’s taken a year or two off my face with her skillful work…which is always appreciated!!

The bangs I got were extremely uneven and more than what I asked for was cut off my hair. I left with a completely different haircut than I expected. During the haircut Heidi poked my eyes with her scissors while she cut my bangs which I’ve never experienced before even from newbie stylists. Heidi also burned my scalp as she used the hair dryer and round brush.This was definitely the most awful experience I’ve ever had at a salon. While waiting for my appointment I overheard Heidi and another stylist in the front gossiping about client who had just left the salon. I will never go back to this salon. I had an appointment with Heidi. Upon walking in the door I stood there for 10 minutes and she never acknowledged me. When she finally did she said she was running late. She took me to the shampoo station and wet my hair and left me there for 55 minutes as she continued to work on the other client. Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went into my appointment with high expectations, especially after reading reviews. I’ve had balayge done twice in the past (prior stylist moved where I’d gone in the past) and wanted to refresh for an upcoming wedding and just to get it fixed up in general.I have med dark brown hair and came in with pictures requesting a light brown/mocha balayage. I have a lot of hair so the appointment took a long time and the stylist didn’t have time to fully dry it. Due to poor lighting and my hair not being fully dried, then put in a braid behind my head I didn’t get a chance to see the end result.Flash forward to the next two days I finally saw the work done and was essentially given bright blonde highlights. The color job was done up to the roots with a bright blonde streak right in the center of my forehead glaring at me when I looked into the mirror. I don’t normally speak up, so my friends advised I call the salon and go back. After some convincing, I did.I was able to get back in no problem to get it retoned. It was once again not fully dried due to a tight schedule so wasn’t able to fully see it. The color is thankfully now a more brown tone, but certainly not what I wanted. Even retoned I’m stuck with a non balayage coloring.The worst part of the experience was being charged an ADDITIONAL $35 on top of the $250+tip I’d already paid to have it done the first time. Biggest waste of over $300 and still not happy with the end result. Positive: Professionalism, ValueI received a very blunt and uneven hair cut, Dawn at full spectrum got me right in the very next day and was able to completely revamp my bad haircut. She did a wonderful job listening to what I wanted and making tweaks as the haircut progressed. Highly recommend and will definitely be back to see her!

Full Spectrum is a great salon. The atmosphere is amazing. Angie has been doing my hair for years and she is fantastic! Hand massage and head massage every time. She made me fall in love with my hair after years of hating it! I’ve seen a lot of beautiful hair styles leave the salon. Highly recommend!
