Critical: Professionalism, QualityDo NOT go to Full Circle Salon. Audrey Woods ruined my healthy hair almost 2 months ago and STILL has not given me a refund, which she told me she would send. She is nasty and rude and has lied to me for weeks about her intentions and does not want to work with me to resolve the issue. She has called me names and curses at me through text messages. After days of trying to get in contact with Audrey, I went to the salon to hopefully get it settled. The owner of the salon, Robert, was extremely unhelpful and said it was an issue between myself and Audrey and refused to help. There is no structure and compassion at this salon and Audrey Woods is the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered in my life. Worst salon experience and past 2 months of my life.
