This place gives a horrendous manicure and is unsanitary. I am very low maintenance when it comes to my nails so for me to be unsatisfied with a manicure that means it has to be really bad. I walked in and asked for a regular manicure. No gel, nothing fancy or complicated. At first I was impressed with the nice interior but don’t be fooled like I was. I sat at the table nothing had been sanitized or wiped down from the person before me. The tools all came from one dirty bin. The cuticle cutters were given a single spray of what I assume was rubbing alcohol. That was the extent of the sanitization. I am absolutely disgusted and still mad at myself for not walking out. My manicurist was nice and all but did a terrible job. As you can see, my nails, especially my thumb is crooked. There is paint all over the place and not clean and crisp like I’d expect. My nails look worse than if I did them myself. There was no hand/arm massage or hot towel. Not even lotion. You can see how dry my hands look in the photos. I tried to ask the manicurist to clean my nails up but she spoke little to no English and did not really understand what I was saying. To be clear, her not speaking English is not an issue for me. Regardless of your language it was/is obvious that my nails looked and needed some cleaning up. To anyone reading this please save your time and money. Walk another couple of minutes down Steinway and go to Heavenly Nails. They do a much better job and are sanitary. A bad manicure is whatever sucks that I wasted money. However, as a healthcare worker myself, what I cannot stand and just ignore is unsanitary conditions. I’m considering reporting this place to the Department of Health. In conclusion, AVOID THIS PLACE!

Place is nice and clean but it took two hours and 15 mins to do a fill and cost 80 dollars. There’s better places to go for quicker and cheaper. Not only this but the skin around my nails is stained after asking several times to clean up around them. I’m sure they will not refund for this either.

I t’s my second time coming here and once again I’m leaving a happy customer! The customer service here is fantastic, the energy on point and good music to help you get in a good mood while doing your nails ☺️ the place is clean and the nail techs are highly skilled (very good job on the acrylic ). I’ve gotten acrylic with Amelia and Klari and I’m happy with the work they did. You can also get your hair and waxing done here, which is cool if you’re trying to have a nice self care day 10/10 recommend keep up the good work !!

I’m very simple- basic square shape and a solid pink color. My nails came out in all different shapes and are very rigid (not filed evenly on the surface) One nail broke (to no fault of the technicians) so I asked for an acrylic nail to even out the lengths… the acrylic nail wasn’t filed so it fans out and is much fatter in width than my other nails. I’m very simple- basic square shape and a solid pink color. I’ve been going to this establishment for a couple of years. Management and the name have changed 3x. This last time my experience was horrible! The nail tech giving me a pedicure and cut me so bad that my toe was dripping blood. She didn’t have the sense to apply pressure to stop the bleeding. When she applied a solution thinking that would help, she touched the nozzle to my bleeding skin. This is a health code violation! A different tech gave me a manicure which looks old after one day. Feet and hand dryers were removed in an attempt to force you to get gel pedis and manis. My nails are very strong, therefore I don’t need gel which ruins your nails. I will never go back! I’m quite disgusted and disappointed.

Good afternoon my ladies let me just tell you my horrible experience with Fushia nails. I called and made an appointment for 1:30 pm when I get there receptionist tells me can I wait 30 minutes. Then asked Angie who claims she was the owner for the password for the wifi and she give me attitude and tells me I don’t have it. Angie was very rude person. Angie doesn’t even speaks English it was so hard to communicate with her but she was definitely rude to me. I don’t know how she can be in business. I have a business and I am so nice to my customers I would never be rude. Angie seems like a very ignorant person. A business like this will not last too long. Customers bring business so you need to be nice to them not rude. I hope you ladies understand. They deserve 0 stars. Ladies please don’t go there they will be nice your first day but then they will be so rude.

I love this place so much , I came to get my hair done by Cris , and it turned out so wonderful! Definitely coming here to do everything I need too for hair needs , very clean , very elegant vibe here. If you need good hair , nails and pedi service , this is definitely the place to come too ! <3
