Wow. I highly recommend Ashley Michels. Her talent and attention to detail was remarkable. I love that she makes sure to ask a ton of questions to ensure there is a good understanding of what the client desires. She was professional, yet friendly and warm. My color & cut were absolutely perfect. Which was not easy. I have long hair, down to my low back. Dark natural hair with warm ombré & highlights. She masterfully eliminated the warmth and brought out the cool. Again, NOT easy! But I have to admit, the best part …is the head massage during the wash. AAMMMAAZZING!

I moved to JH from Boston about 4 years ago. I spent the first year neglecting my hair as I didn’t feel “at home” in any of the Salons. I then met Bernadette Gwilliam, the most recent addition to Frost Salon, at that point in time. After 3 years of regular cuts, fabulous product suggestion and selection, and my occasional blow outs, my hair has not been more healthy. Bern is an absolute PLEASURE. She is flexible, knowledgeable, and my very favorite stylist.

When I got home I had chunks of hair that were longer than all the others and had to cut them myself. I also got highlights but they weren’t started at my roots, so it already looks like my roots are growing out. For paying over $200, I expect better.
