We entered this field because we believe in alternative methods of health and wellness. We recently added Normatec recovery and Celluma laser-light therapy!

Experienced my first float at Frost and Float Spa and it was amazing! I have never been able to experience such relaxation and ability to take a break from the world. It was just what I needed after traveling for the weekend. The facility was very nice and had everything I needed. Lastly the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They made to sure to explain the whole float process and had recommendations of how to relax. I will definitely be back again and highly recommend others to try it out too! The owner’s daughter is unprofessional and rude – I went to float for a little extra peace and all she gave me was more grief – over a lost iPhone dongle… Recently, I even tried to go back for my quarterly float and she picks up the phone and hangs up – a few times. Very strange behavior. The facility is beautiful, I usually drive an hour to visit. The dude and the kind older lady are always welcoming and friendly. I will not go back.

I can’t say enough about F&F, I go here every time I do a charity bike ride for recovery, after hockey injuries/to recover when I’ve played in tournaments or just sometimes when I’m feeling worn out from the gym. The staff is always professional and so chill (pun intended), they go above and beyond to make sure I’m completely taken care of. Big fan of cryo for swelling and pain, I even love the normatec for that too. To relax/recover the sauna loosens it all up and the float can feel like I’ve been meditating for hours. It’s a truly regenerative experience there’s nothing like it. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to try or just get cryo/float therapy in general the service is top notch and the spa is incredible with a great vibe. Go for it you won’t regret it

I recently went for my first flotation therapy session. I was concerned about cleanliness and skeptical that I’d be able to actually chill for an hour. I’m the last person that could meditate. I’ve had spine issues and suffer from chronic pain from more physical issues than I could list. For starters, any concerns I had about cleanliness were immediately put to bed as soon as I entered the float room. The session went by quickly. I left physically and mentally relaxed. All my normal back and joint pains were substantially relieved for days. I’m going back a week later and will be signing up for regular visits.

As first time clients, my husband and I chose to do a Float. We were happy to receive a first time floaters discount. It was easy to find. I loved learning it was a family run business. We were greeted and treated kindly and given the breakdown together. We both liked the fact that the shower is in the room with the tank. Everything was clean and well maintained. Great experience! Would recommend. Next we want to try the Freeze!!

Absolutely LOVE this place. Facilities are super clean. The staff is curtious. I like the dry room to be able to dry my hair, apply makeup etc. I have been to many float centers across the country, and this is absolutely on the top.
