Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueBud is the best! My fiancé and I went into the shop very spur of the moment to get tattooed as a birthday surprise. We knew what we wanted and Bud overdelivered. The tattoos were even better than we could have hoped for. He was also extremely friendly and engaging and immediately made us comfortable. Neither of us have ever felt more taken care of at a shop. Definitely the best experience I’ve ever had in the chair and I can’t say enough good about him. Bud is the best! My fiancé and I went into the shop very spur of the moment to get tattooed as a birthday surprise. We knew what we wanted and Bud overdelivered. The tattoos were even better than we could have hoped for. He was also extremely friendly and engaging and immediately made us comfortable. Neither of us have ever felt more taken care of at a shop. Critical: Professionalism, ValueWaited 2 months for an appointment, asked to change the design a month before or possibly use my deposit towards a different piece. Was basically told no as the artist had already started drawing up the piece, but I kept my appointment as I didn’t want the $100 deposit to go to waste. Day of the appointment I called to confirm and once again said I no longer wanted/was comfortable with the original piece, which was a stencil/design that I had provided and said needed very little to be changed. I told the front desk girl that I had designed, printed and sized a different piece that would be around the same, if not less work than the original and was told no. Be prepared for weeks if not months of a wait for an appointment, and to have basically no say in the design once the artist has a concept piece. Waste of $100 deposit and 2 months waiting.**Edit: As a response to the reply that I received on my review, I know this is the shop I encountered. Was basically told no as the artist had already started drawing up the piece, but I kept my appointment as I didn’t want the $100 deposit to go to waste.
