Wonderfully relaxing experience! My mom booked us for Mani Pedi with the martini package it was great. We were a little late for our appointment due to GPS and they still took us, we were able to get our full pedicures and enjoy our martinis without feeling rushed. We did change our manicures to classic manicure from paraffin ones but that was 100% on us for being late. Again our manicures were wonderful and not rushed at all. This was my 1st time here and will definitely be back.

When I decide to do self-care, it’s completely last minute. Before I went to Tips to Toes, I drove to other businesses and was shocked to find them unavailable. Lights on, doors locked; lights on, door open, no one to greet me after waiting for 15 minutes; one-woman shows…not at all what I was looking for.

This place engages in fraudulent business practices. My wife got sent a coupon for a “blowout with tools” for $40 and booked an appointment. After the blowout she was told she has to pay $63, something that wasn’t mentioned once anywhere in person or on the coupon. When she showed them the coupon, they didn’t care and demanded $63. I’m not a lawyer but I am 90% sure that is actual fraud and is actually illegal. Would give 0 stars id this allowed it.

Great all around spa! The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is clean and welcoming. I’ve gotten manicures, pedicures, haircut, blowouts and massages. A great retreat in Southington!

Honestly I am a “black women” and I went here and they were starring at me like a deer in headlight. Nobody spoke to me even the Spanish women that was doing my feet didn’t speak to me the whole time. She let my foot drop telling me to hold up my foot and I really didn’t hear her but she intentionally let my foot drop on the bin. Didn’t offer me a drink at all. I do not recommend if you are of color. I didn’t know this was a all white establishment and I wouldent have spent my money. The owner asked did I have a good experience I said it was ok which is not great at all but she did not care. I would be ever go here again. It ain’t for people of color. Felt very racist to mep

I came here for an eyebrow wax. I called a couple different places to see if they did walk-ins or had anything available within an hour of me calling. The person on the phone was very nice and quickly told me they could squeeze me in. I was super thankful and was able to get an appointment within half an hour.
