Critical: ProfessionalismAbsolutely butchered my layers, did not blend them into the length of my hair at all. When i went back to *attempt* to get it fixed, the stylist asked me “did i explain hair to you?” and proceeded to try and tell me the layers will simply grow way faster than the rest of my hair, and then it will be able to be blended. Sounded like he was just trying to cover up his screw-up. Although this happened a couple of months ago, i’m still livid about this because several people have commented on the chop and asked if i cut my hair myself. I’m being nice enough by not listing the stylists name, but do yourself a favor and go to a place that doesn’t condescend and overcharge for a haircut that a 3 year old could do better for FREE.Service: HaircutAbsolutely butchered my layers, did not blend them into the length of my hair at all. Shawna is amazing! She’s very knowledgeable in my hair and I’ve honestly found no one that is like her when it comes to cutting curly hair.

I’ve been getting my hair cut here for over 15 years. Shawnna, who works with curly hair, gave me a Deva Cut, and it turned out wonderfully. Thank you, Shawnna, I’ll be back in December

I got a Deva cut with Shawnna and it turned out amazing!! She’s one of the only stylists I trust to cut my hair and she nails it every single time! She definitely knows how to work with curly hair and provides great recommendations on hair care! I will definitely return and highly recommend! Haircut

This is my first time here. Loved the place atmosphere and environment. The place is filled with great professionals. My hair was ruined from another salon but here they were honest and helped me fix it. It looks beautiful and I feel amazing.

I had my hair highlighted the week Of Christmas And was very disappointed. My hair was cut way too short which I could have dealt with however the fact that it was Orange underneath the blonde was not acceptable. I told Perry that I was not happy and me to pay 1st and then he would fix it which in retrospect I should have not paid until I was happy. I was refused any type of refund when I paid $250 for the services and that’s before $40. And a $10 tip to the hair washer. They try to fix my hair for 4 more hours I was in the salon for a total of 7 hours that afternoon. I was so disappointed that I went to another stylist down in the area I live in to get it fixed before Christmas and They were able to salvage it as best they could however there’s still a lot of Orange undertones. I have been going to the salon for over 30 years and the fact that there was no empathy given to me over my experience and no partial or full refund is really appalling. I will not use this facility ever again.

Shawnna is amazing for curly and wavy hair! I have been going to her for years and she works with you to create a cut that works for you. For example, she works with me to give me a curly cut that is low maintenance with a lot of body. I won’t go to any other salon for my hair needs!!! Haircut

The first time I visited the salon was following a very bad cut and color. Chi-Elie was amazing. He took the time to see what I wanted my hair to look like and explained the steps to get there. While in the salon everyone was extremely nice and stopped to say hi and offered something to drink. I was extremely pleased with the services and team.

I have always used Frizzles for any big changes I wanted in my hair. This time I went with hair coloring with my stylist Jack who I’ve always went to in the past. I showed him a picture of what I wanted but gave me a completely different color. It’s nice but it’s not like the picture and he convinced me to not get my hair bleach since that’s what he stated to get if I wanted it to be like the picture. I was already there for an hour and a half since I told him that I wanted my hair lighter…so I felt like he just wanted me to leave at that point because I let him know it’s not like the picture. Even his colleagues who were near me stated he needed to bleach my hair and then he would converse in a different language with other of his colleagues which felt like he was talking about me. Don’t know if it was bad or good but I think it’s rude to do that when you have a customer. Where’s the professionalism, respect, and making sure your customer gets what they’re asking in the first place. This’ll be the last time I’ll come here again.
