I was really looking forward to getting my haircut and styled. When I walked in, 4 stylists looked up from their chairs and not one greeted me. It made me feel really unwanted. There was no where to check in, so I proceeded to sit down and wait to be taken care of. My appointment was at 3:15, I got there at 3:05. I waited until 3:25 and then decided to leave. I will not be back and I will always remember how rude and uncomfortable the staff made me feel. What a bummer that grown women in the bc service industry cannot even acknowledge someone. I’ll find somewhere else with much better vibes. This place was totally awkward.
