She has become one of my closest friends, and her work is always top-notch. Fringe has such a calm, cool vibe when walking through the door, always greeted with a smile, a “hello”, and offered a refreshment, they sure know how to make you feel like royalty! I also never have to wait more than a couple minutes at most to be seated which I appreciate! Not to mention their products are so clean and they are always keeping up with the trends! Can’t say enough good things about Fringe and the people who work there, I will forever recommend them to everyone and anyone! I have been a customer at Fringe for several years, my stylist is Tommi, she is amazing. She has become one of my closest friends, and her work is always top-notch. Fringe has such a calm, cool vibe when walking through the door, always greeted with a smile, a “hello”, and offered a refreshment, they sure know how to make you feel like royalty! This was my first haircut by her, I was looking for someone new and a new venue, which I’m glad I did. I am very pleased with my high quality cut! I will definitely be going back soon to her. I’m sure all the hairdressers there do a wonderful job. Everybody looks very professional, relaxed environment, people and clients just having a nice time together.As a guy who has really short hair, basically a (15-minute haircut!) You ladies I hear can spend a few hours there which can be quite boring to me but I’m sure it’s not because Fringe has a certain environment that I like to see. Mostly because of the people but also the old brick walls of Dubuque old signage on the wall, cool lighting and unique furniture pieces that give that homelike relaxing feel.When I first sat down Amanda asked me how I was doing and if I would like anything to drink, water soda coffee wine or beer. I said beer? Heck yes! How often do you see that? I never have! She also told me they have many other services that they offer at the salon, I might have to go back and schedule a massage someday.Nowadays with Covid and what’s going on within the world everyone has their own opinions and rules that need to be followed, which I’m totally fine. The salon has many safety measures in place to make you feel safe. So thank you on that. Mask or no mask they will do what they can to be respectful towards you and everyone else. I recently got my haircut by one of the lovely ladies (Amanda) she did a fantastic job. This was my first haircut by her, I was looking for someone new and a new venue, which I’m glad I did.
