Critical: Professionalism, QualityWanted to get my hair done for my birthday and it was not at all what I had asked for. My hair is breaking off at the moment. I hadn’t had my hair professionally done 6 months before this, and I only washed it once or twice a week so it was pretty healthy. Shared my experience on facebook and Lisa (the owner) bashed me for it calling me a liar and argued with everyone that had a similar experience. She blocked me and made a post about me. I didn’t realize until people I didn’t know we’re commenting nasty things on my profile.
