I was blown away the first time I visited this Salon. I was used to the usual people who grudgingly cut or color your hair while texting or talking on their phone with an outcome of an uneven cut and gobs of color left in your hair. I decided to give Fringe a chance and I will NEVER go anywhere else again!! Nellie was so caring and receptive to my specifications. She talked to me about anything and everything and made me feel right at home. She didn’t touch her phone the entire time I was in her chair, she devoted her full attention to me. I HIGHLY recommend making Fringe your salon, I can promise you will not be disappointed!!!
