My son needed a haircut for an event and I booked online for an available time slot with Sara. It was confirmed and the next morning I got a cancellation notice with no explanation. I called the salon directly and no one could tell me why or even offered an apology. No other salons have an opening for another 2 weeks. Poor customer service.

This was my first time going to Fringe and I was not disappointed! I have a pixie cut, which sometimes throws hairdressers off and sends me home looking like a 14 year old boy, but not this time. I was scheduled for a haircut with Britt, who showed immediate confidence with short hair, paid attention to the references I showed her, and was very communicative about what she was doing and what I wanted. I am thrilled with my cut, which is the exact mix of edgy and feminine that I wanted. I will DEFINITELY be back!

I gave it 2 stars because my stylist was very nice. She was running late but that was because of the storm. It was the fastest hair cut I have ever received. I wasnt really able to see how it came out because I got drenched from the snow. I decided to wait until today to leave a review after I styled it.
