Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have been going to Mandie for about 3 years, she is very good at cutting my very thin hair. I love that once she is done with my cut you can not tell how thin my hair really is. She has also highlighted and colored my hair through the years. I do not know what color product she uses but my hair is always soft and healthy when she is done. I am always apprehensive about coloring or bleaching my hair because I do not want to damage it but Mandie assured me that my hair would be healthy after the service and she was right! She really knows her stuff! She is a educator for her color line so that is what made me trust that she could color my hair without damaging it. I have been going to Mandie for about 3 years, she is very good at cutting my very thin hair. I love that once she is done with my cut you can not tell how thin my hair really is. She has also highlighted and colored my hair through the years. I do not know what color product she uses but my hair is always soft and healthy when she is done. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityWish there was an option for zero stars. Mandie is extremely unprofessional. I tried to book in December and was told she was not taking any new clients because of COVID. No problem at all. When I went to book another appointment in February, I had forgotten all about that first instance and the appointment was accepted so I didn’t think anything of it. Literally 4 minutes before my appointment, I received a text from her saying she thought I was someone else and is cancelling my appointment as she told me already she was not accepting any new clients. Again, no problem. I apologized saying I did not even realize that was her and asked if I showed proof of my doses of the COVID Vaccine, would that be okay? She then sent me an extremely hateful message saying I was rude for even trying to book knowing she already told me she wasn’t taking any new clients. She doesn’t even know me and I thought it was the type of place with more than one stylist so how was I to know that was the same person. Do not go here!! They are extremely unprofessional and have no idea how to talk to customers. I could have been a potential client when this blows over. Definitely not after this. Learn how to run a business. Wish there was an option for zero stars. Mandie is extremely unprofessional. I tried to book in December and was told she was not taking any new clients because of COVID. No problem at all.
