Critical: ProfessionalismI couldn’t believe that a business would turn away a potential customer, but it did. I tried to make an appointment for a haircut, and was told it would be at least three months before they could work me in. I am old and overweight. Their clientele seems to be teenage beauty queens. I found this to be rude and hostile. I couldn’t believe that a business would turn away a potential customer, but it did. I tried to make an appointment for a haircut, and was told it would be at least three months before they could work me in. I am old and overweight. Their clientele seems to be teenage beauty queens.
