The modern building and fancy presentation doesn’t compensate the horrible customer service or lack there of. I sat there for 20 minutes past my appointment time waiting, and the stylist, the owner, did not even apologize for the wait. When it was time to wash, she told an assistant to take over, and she was not experienced. I did not get to enjoy the experience as it should be which is supposed to be relaxing and enjoyable. During the wash the back of my shirt got really wet and she didn’t even acknowledge or apologize for that. Then during the blow out she was very rough with my hair. The entire experience did not meet the expectation a professional salon should provide. Another issue is that it takes a week for her to reply to text messages, I would send follow up messages a few days in a row and she wouldn’t reply. Nowadays, people could care less about the service they provide to their customers. It’s just about booking more people at once to make more money.

I moved to this area a few months ago and had my hair done three times at another salon. Each time I left there, I was dissatisfied with the color of my hair. I decided to try Fringe and am I glad I did. Avery was my stylist and she nailed it. My hair looks fabulous! The salon is beautifully appointed and I was very comfortable there…I finally felt like I was home….a warm and welcoming feeling.

Don’t expect great customer service when visiting this facility. I read so many great reviews, and thought this would be a great place to move my services to as I am new to this area. I had made my appointment and received a follow up call to confirm what I was looking for in my appointment, I was told that Kristen would be a perfect fit for my needs. I arrived to my appointment early, and told a few people who my appointment was with. 25 minutes pass, and Kristen finally approached me, and tells me she only does blonde and will not do a “fashion color”. She stated that I miscommunicated my needs and walked away. Then some more time passed before a different stylist approached me. She informed me that they had a color in the back that they could use and she would be perform the services. Finally, 45 minutes after my appointment time, I was finally taken back to a chair. After a little bit of back and forth of a couple of stylists discussing, I was informed that the price of my appointment would be dramastically more than I was initially quoted, and it would take over 4 hours to complete a root touch up and color. I had decided that I was just going to perform the root touch up, as I had already waited so long. After the root touch up, I was still charged double my initial quoted price. And then was given all kinds of excuses for the pricing. And make matters worse and more frustrating, the stylist had told me she didn’t have time to dry my hair and I was sent out of the salon with dripping wet hair. If I could give zero stars I would. I will definitely not be returning to this salon, not the service expected for the high price I paid.
