After coming to this salon since 2020, I had the worst experience with their customer service and will sadly never return. My son got a concussion and I had to keep him at home, and I received the Salon’s text confirmation request, but did not confirm, figuring they would cancel my appointment. Then, two days later I noticed the entire $200 service was charged to my card on file. I called to ask why I was charged when I never confirmed or showed up for the appointment, and was told that is their policy no exceptions. I tried to explain my son got a concussion in school so I had a lot on my plate and also that I did not confirm the appointment, and they refused to even bill me for only half as I was requesting.

I absolutely love Fringe salon. They have the most comfortable shampoo bowls/chairs and Alexa always does such a great job with my cut and color. Their online scheduling is also very convenient.

Very friendly and made setting up my bridal hair and makeup appointment very fast and easy. The prices are beyond responsible. They don’t push you to get there highest packages just bc you add the word bridal. Very trust worthy!

Very disappointed. Have been going here a while- I needed to change my appointment and they charged me for the appt (50%). – no one has ever discussed they would be charging for cancelations! I even asked to switch to a different stylist to make it work…wow…terrible customer service.

I have been seeing Meg as my hairstylist for several years now. She is truly an artist and has literally changed the appearance of my hair from mousey, dry, short, and full of split ends to GORGEOUS, silky, healthy and long hair (for the first time in my life).

If you are getting hair and makeup for a Wedding, Bridal Shoot or Portraits, they do an awesome job!! They did such a wonderful job for my daughter’s wedding, on her hair and makeup and mine. I was so pleased that I decided to try them to cut my son’s hair. My son just wanted a trim and his hair thinned out a little, but he specifically told her NOT short. It was one of the worst hair cuts that he has ever gotten. He didn’t like it at all. If this was what she considered not short, I hate to think what short was!! At least, he won’t need a hair cut for the rest of the summer! So, I would not recommend for guys hair cuts (unless you like really short), but for hair and makeup, they are awesome!
