HIGHLY recommend booking an appointment with Jaimee at Fringe! I got my hair colored and a pretty big cut – she did an AMAZING job! She is also really personable and easy to talk to. I’m super happy that I found someone local to do my hair! Price-wise, I found it extremely affordable compared to what I was paying at a high end salon in Plano. I typically try to pay attention to what other clients leave looking like to see if the quality is universal from stylist to stylist, but I was so caught up in chatting with Jaimee that I literally didn’t notice anyone else the whole time. So, while I can’t vouch for any *other* stylists, I CAN unequivocally say that Jaimee is fantastic and I’ll definitely be seeing her from now on!

Walked into the salon and not one person working there asked me who I was waiting for. Waited for 25 minutes for my hairstylist Ashley to come in and my appointment was at 4:30 and I was there five minutes early. She never showed up !!!! She had three other excuses eight weeks ago, which I let slide. I’ll be looking for a new salon.

First complain is instead of toning my hair again she rushed me out cause she had someone else waiting told me I could come back the next day or anytime I would like when I was texting her trying to figure out a day her schedule was not open we tried making a date for four months canceled on me a couple of times and now it’s been so long I cannot get my hair toned for free and instead of offering me a discount for the the full hair service she wants me to do she wants me to pay the 200$ Very upset and won’t be going back to her
