Stood up!! A stylist here didn’t show for my appointment. I sat at the front, waiting to be called, checked in with someone else, and continued to wait. No one came. 10 minutes past the appointment time I asked again. A stylist offered to call the delinquent woman. When she did, she advised that my stylist was 25 minutes away. The owner, Jasi, turned out to be dtanding right there, styling someone else’s hair, but did nothing. She didn’t even know her stylist made appointments online. She offered to let someone start until the stylist could arrive. I don’t think I need two different stylists working on me, just one who attends to her actual job would be great. Terrible way to run a business. Tacky interior. No taste, no customer service. No way I’d spend money there!
