Connie listens and has done a stellar job evolving my hairstyle. I have semi-curly hair which is moody, and she has figured out how to thin it so it can curl, but not over-do it, so it’s not frizzy. I’ve lived a lot of places, and only two other hairdressers have managed this for me in 40+ years. She’s a treasure in Birch Bay.

What a gem of a find! I’ve been going to Connie for over a year now. She is talented, friendly, professional, and reasonable. I’ve gotten more compliments on my hair in the last year, than I have in the last ten. NEVER going back to a snooty overpriced salon again!

If you have curly hair, you should probably go somewhere else. Didn’t seem like she knew how to handle my hair type, especially when she first brushed it out into a dry, frizzy mess and started clipping haphazardly at the hairs sticking out. I think we were both pretty shocked when we saw it wet in the mirror after washing it and it was way shorter than I asked for & not even or blended at all. I’ll give her a star for being nice though. At least hair grows back.

I’m a full time RVer and really rely on reviews to find people and services in the area that i’m In. I was in Birch Bay and really needed a trim and color. Read reviews for local hair salons and wound up here. I was totally happy with the color, cut , and cost. Connie was great!
