Critical: Professionalism, QualityI had went to this salon with a Groupon I had purchased. As I entered the salon nobody was wearing masks, and as I approached the desk the girl who was very rude i had informed her that I had an appointment at 1145 and she told me it was at 11 I informed her it’s in my phone as 1145 and when I got a confirmation call the girl did not tell me the time of my appointment. She told the girl who called me and she told me she did say 11 I said no you didn’t my mother in law was right next to me and didn’t hear anything either. She told me that they couldn’t do my hair because I was 45 minutes late I said my appointment was 1145, mind you I drove 45 min to this appointment. She gave me a dirty look and tried to reschedule my appointment which by their tone I did not want to return. I was so mad so I left the salon and checked my Groupon so I could get a refund and they marked it as redeemed when I didn’t even get the service done and I had called the salon back and the lady on the phone when I called told me “do you know how much your hair would cost, and you bought a Groupon for $62″ I said ” yes your right I did buy a Groupon your salon is advertised on there” and she hung up on me. I called back and they hung up on me again. They were very rude and not accommodating at all. I purchased a Groupon for full head highlights blowdry and cut. I will not be returning to this salon. I had went to this salon with a Groupon I had purchased. i saw teresa for a simple cut and am very happy with the results! i have been trying to grow my hair for years so seeing someone new for a “trim” is scary and often ends with way more taken off than anticipated. i can barely tell a difference in length and my hair feels healthier. she styled it very cute as well! definitely recommend.
