Came here for a color correction after going somewhere else and they damaged my hair although I admit it was already slightly damaged. The stylist kept dogging the place I went to previously and honestly they aren’t that bad the color just wasn’t me and I didn’t have the heart to tell the girl that did it. They reapplied bleach to my ends further destroying them (after she insisted she was worried about the health and integrity of my hair) and drying my hair out she must not have been too worried to do that I’m not a hair expert and I know that much about color. Megan my stylist didn’t seem too interested in talking to me either which made me feel uncomfortable and awkward. I had scheduled the appointment for both a color correction and a haircut but when I showed up for the appointment they asked if I was there for highlights and I was not…Megan kept saying she was staying late that night to take me on as a client and that whoever scheduled must not have said it was color correction so she would stay. Honestly I should have known better than to book at a place last minute on a Friday. To say the least I got the color correction it came ok other than my ends being totally fried and keep in mind I have been trying to grow my hair out for ages so this won’t help at all. Megan kept talking about how she was running late because she was going out with a friend who was going through a break up. So in the end she told me she did not have time to cut my hair. How disappointing I gave her a really good tip because as I said the color came out ok and a small piece of my heart went out to her for working late on Friday but this is not a place I would recommend unless you want a stylist that is more interested in boy problems than your hair. Oh yeah on one more note she asked the girl at the desk to run next door and buy her a drink and said hopefully a guy will be at the register so you get it free. There was a true lack of professionalism at this salon and that sums it up for me. On a positive note I would recommend going here to buy some of the products they have to offer that you may not be able to find elsewhere.

I am really, really frustrated as I am having trouble getting a person on the phone to make a haircut appointment! I called the 664-1515 number at least 3 times this week, and left messages twice asking to have my call returned, as the recording says to do. I also have called Mandy and Ellis in order to get them directly and ask for an appointment with either of them. But, there, too, No Response! Is this what Fringe Benefits wants to be famous for? Or do you Really have Sooo many clients that you can afford to keep the happy few and reject all the rest of us? PLEASE DO CHECK YOUR VOICE MESSAGE at least once a day AND PLEASE TRY TO RESPOND WITHIN 24 HRS! Thank your very much!

I had a death in the family and I had to cancel my appointment with Megan. I had to be at a meeting the next week and so called twice trying to reschedule. No one even bothered calling me back, despite me explaining what had happened. This is how much they value their costumer.
