This is the second time we I’ve gone to Fringe, the first time I had a party and I asked for a super bouncy blowout, did not get it at all but the haircut was great. This second time around I wish I could say the same but no. The girl who cut my hair was named Miranda I believe and she did a horrible job, i asked for curtain bangs short face framing layers up front and I didn’t get it. My bangs are so short and choppy it legit looks like I did them myself. Super disappointed, Miranda was great super friendly but she cannot cut hair at all. Will never come here again was not worth the 80 dollars i spent

I was here August 2nd to go fully platinum and I was at a level 10 with root grow out and the stylist Maggie left bleach on my already almost platinum hair for 3 hrs. When I washed my hair for the first time after my appointment my hair was gumming and just coming out in clumps. Which even months later, I am still left with my hair continuously falling out and the entire back of my head is filled with short pieces of hair that has completely fallen out and i honestly just want to die every time i look in the mirror at my hair. I have never felt more uncomfortable with my looks because my hair looks so frizzy, split, uneven, broken, and just overall awful and damaged beyond repair and I don’t have the money to spend to get it fixed. I sent the salon an email 2 times with pictures showing what was happening and they offered to talk to the store manager and I had even called for a follow up and they just told me they never received the email with the pictures of the damage and I work 40+ hrs a week and just never had the time to come in to talk to anyone since. Overall I just hope writing this review can save someone’s hair and spending $350+ on irreversible damage.

Update: I posted this very same review on Yelp and got harassed by the salon—multiple direct messages calling me “ignorant,” and “dumb.” It seems they also got all their friends together to get my review blocked on the site. Stay away!

Stephanie was absolutely a dream to work with. She was so understanding and I could tell she really wanted to give me what I envisioned. She asked questions and explained what she was doing to my hair. I felt so at peace and confident when she was coloring my hair. She was easy to talk to and extremely nice. I haven’t had great experiences at other salons but with Stephanie I cannot wait to return and have her do my hair again!!

Lucy is amazing. She takes her time and does a great job with curly hair and balayage color etc. she’s lovely to talk to and explains everything she’s doing to me. The salon is nice and a new aesthetician, Katie, is there and gave me a hand massage today that was lovely.
