Critical: Quality, ValueI was extremely disappointed in the way my nails and brows were done.I told her I wanted them semi long she cut them SUPER short. Got my brows done and I kept telling her I didn’t like them and to take more off and she refused to listen to me. She kept telling me it looks better. But I don’t pay you for your opinion they’re my brows on MY FACE MY CHOICE !I got white gel polish and literally the second day I got them two of my finger were completely chipped and peeling away. I had to pay MORE money to go somewhere else to get them fixed.If I could’ve given them NO stars I would’ve.Do not recommend. I was extremely disappointed in the way my nails and brows were done.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI honestly walked out with my nails worst than when I went in. Butchered my cuticles and gave me Nick’s nd cuts all over. When I complained or asked her to do somethin I felt she missed my request was either rushed or ignored. I honestly feel like I’m at risk for a ingrown toenail now due to how the lady cut them. I honestly walked out with my nails worst than when I went in. Butchered my cuticles and gave me Nick’s nd cuts all over. When I complained or asked her to do somethin I felt she missed my request was either rushed or ignored. I honestly feel like I’m at risk for a ingrown toenail now due to how the lady cut them. Overall it was an horrible experience and I would not recommend going there to anyone.

The manicurist was not listening to my request and my nails did not come out how I asked and the polish is visibly uneven on my nails. Then everyone else got massages while their nails were drying but because I voiced that the polish was uneven, I did not… I asked if they had the colors I requested when I came in, and they told me “yes” but then after they soaked my nails off, they told me they did not have them. The manicurist was not listening to my request and my nails did not come out how I asked and the polish is visibly uneven on my nails.
